Responded to me within minutes. Show earlier than expected appointment time. They diagnosed the problem within minutes. Resolved the much faster than expected. Customer Service 10's across the board. Also the service was very affordable, did not try to milk the job. It is ice cold!
The gas fireplace pilot light, back up and going.
I had an issue with the pilot light on my gas fireplace. A friend suggested I call Ice and Fire Mech to check it. Greg sent out his tech and he had it up and going it no time. The tech was extremely friendly and discussed how I could do future preventative service on the system. I have recommended them to others now and I will continue to use Ice and Fire!!!
Great team and a great price. They replaced my old heat pump and got it done fast considering it was the beginning of the hot season and I’m sure they have lots of demand.
